Lash fill policy:
In order to maintain the quality and consistency of our work, we are unable to accommodate lash fills from another salon. If you are a new guest, and have existing extensions from another salon, please add a lash removal to your Full Set.
When booking your fill appointments every day past the 7 day mark is considered the next week. (Ex. 3 weeks + 3 days = 4 week fill). Anything beyond 4 weeks (or <50% of lashes per eye) will be charged as a Full Set.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. In the event of a late cancellation or if we don't hear from you, you will be charged 100% of the service that you booked for. Appointments can be rescheduled online, by phone, and email during the allotted time.
*Please note, you will be asked to remove your outdoor shoes upon arrival and be provided indoor slippers.
