WHAT IS MICROBLADING?

  • Eyebrow microblading goes by different names such as micro stroking, micro pigmentation, eyebrow embroidery, eyebrow feathering, and 3D eyebrows

  • Microblading is a form of semi-permanent makeup that provides a means to partially or fully camouflage missing hair

  • If you have thin, sparse, patchy, short, missing eyebrow hair the results will restore your overall facial appearance

  • The results are natural looking hair-like strokes formulated to blend perfectly into your eyebrow creating a very natural, life-like looking brow

  • Men and women can really benefit from microblading for things such as; scar camouflage, alopecia, visual impairments, chemotherapy hair loss

  • The pigment we use is a hypoallergenic iron oxide base which allows the colour to softly fade over time in the dermal layer without leaving any red, blue or purple shadow

how long does microblading last?

  • The pigment is implanted more superficially than a traditional tattoo, so it naturally fades over time

  • Microblading eyebrow tattoo should last 1 to 2 years depending on skin type and lifestyle

  • A touch up may be required after the initial appointment to darken the brows for an additional cost

  • Annual touch ups are recommended to keep the strokes and colour looking natural and crisp

  • Clients that choose a soft look, light colour shade or did not follow the after care instructions may require more touch up appointments

Factors that will cause your semi-permanent brow tattoo to fade faster:

  1. Tanning bed / sun exposure

  2. Exfoliating

  3. Oily skin
