We require a credit card number for all lash extensions and permanent makeup appointments. Please let us know 48-hrs prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule and we will make sure you do not get charged a cancellation fee. When you make your appointment and provide us with your credit card details, you are agreeing to adhere to our policies.
All appointments are subject to our *48hrs cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. In the event of a late cancellation or if we don't hear from you, you will be charged 100% of the service that you booked for. Appointments can be rescheduled by phone, and email during the allotted time.
Please kindly arrive 15 mins before your appointment time to allow for proper check-in and preparation. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us at 416.486.0808. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are very late, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of services you booked.
At Flirty Flutters we take pride in being able to help our clients achieve the look they want to feel confident and beautiful. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you please notify us within 24 hours. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted.
Child Safety Policy
We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the boutique. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. Sharp instruments, and a busy area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.
Please leave your pets at home. It is against health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held.
