Reservation Policy

We require a credit card on file for all appointments to secure your allotted time with the artist. Please let us know 48-hrs prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule and we will make sure you do not get charged a cancellation fee.  When you make your appointment and provide us with your credit card details, you are agreeing to our policies. We reserve the right not to schedule appointments for clients who do not adhere to our cancellation policies. However, clients are more than welcome to walk in for services. 

For all cosmetic tattoo procedures a non-refundable/non-transferable 50% booking fee is required and will be used towards the total cost of your service. Please double-check your schedule to ensure that you are available during the time of your booking. If for any reason you need to reschedule, a one time exception is permitted, with one week’s notice. There after you forfeit your booking fee in full.



late policy

Please kindly arrive 10 mins before your appointment time to allow for proper check-in and preparation. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us at 416.486.0808. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are very late, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of services you booked.  



Cancellation policy

All appointments are subject to our *48hrs cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hrs notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. In the event of a late cancellation or if we don't hear from you, you will be charged 100% of the service that you booked for. Appointments can be rescheduled by phone, and email during the allotted time.  



Service Satisfaction

At Flirty Flutters we take pride in being able to help our clients achieve the look they want to feel confident and beautiful. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you please notify us within 24 hours. Due to the nature of our services and labor time, no refunds will be issued. 



Allergy Policy

Eyelash extensions carry certain inherent and possible risks of allergic reactions at anytime. If you experience any discomfort within the first 24-48 hours after application, please call to have the extensions professionally removed. Due to the nature of our services and labor time, no refunds will be issued



Guest Policy 

Due to limited seating in our waiting room area, we request you don't invite any friends or family to your scheduled appointment. We may ask your guest(s) to leave and come back in the event that we anticipate a high number of clients. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.



Child Safety Policy

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the boutique. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. Sharp instruments, and a busy area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. 



PET Policy

Please leave your pets at home. It is against health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held.
